This includes all pages and content available on the platform.
• User:
Any individual or entity who registers or uses the platform. This includes people making reservations as well as those inquiring about services.
• Provider:
Any hotel or facility offering rooms for rent through the platform.
This also includes all parties associated with providing services, such as agents and operators.
Acceptance of Terms
• Acceptance:
By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the platform’s services.
• Modifications:
The platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Registration and Account Use
• Registration Process:
Registering on the platform requires creating an account, which involves providing accurate and complete information.
Required information may include full name, email address, and phone number.
• Account Responsibility:
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password.
Users must immediately notify the platform of any unauthorized use of their account.
• Identity Verification:
Users may be required to provide documents for identity verification in certain cases, such as large or suspicious bookings
Booking and Payment
• Booking Procedure:
Users must complete the booking form with accurate information, including check-in date, check-out date, number of guests, number of rooms, and any other booking-related information.
Users should ensure the accuracy of the provided information.
• Payment Methods:
Payment must be made through approved payment methods only, such as credit cards, Apple Pay,
or any other method specified by the platform (in some cases, payment upon arrival may be available at certain hotels).
The user must pay the full amount to guarantee the room reservation.
Please note that the reservation will be automatically canceled if payment is not received within the specified time frame.
If the option to pay upon arrival is available, specific conditions will apply for each hotel, and additional charges may be imposed.
Please note that if you choose to pay upon arrival, it is required to confirm your reservation in advance by contacting customer service to ensure successful booking.
• Booking Confirmation:
For reservations made more than 3 days before the check-in date: Payment must be completed within 24 hours of booking to confirm the reservation.
For reservations made within 3 days of the check-in date: Payment must be completed immediately at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
After completing the payment, a booking confirmation will be sent to the registered email address.
This confirmation will include reservation details and customer service contact information. The user must keep the booking number for check-in.
Amendment Policy
The ability to modify a reservation is subject to the policy of the specific hotel and may vary from one hotel to another.
Therefore, please review the modification policy on the hotel’s description page before completing your
booking.
Generally, policies fall into the following categories:
• Hotels that do not allow modifications:
Some hotels do not permit any changes to the reservation once it has been confirmed, and the booking is considered final.
• Hotels that allow modifications under certain conditions:
Other hotels may allow changes to booking details (such as the date or room type), provided that rooms are available during the desired period.
Additional charges may apply in some cases due to price differences or new booking terms.
If you wish to make changes, please contact the customer service team as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy is subject to the terms set by each individual hotel. Therefore, we kindly ask customers to carefully review
the hotel’s page before completing the booking to ensure they understand the applicable policy.
Below is a general overview of cancellation policy categories:
• Non-refundable bookings:
Some hotels follow a non-refundable booking policy.
In this case, the customer is not entitled to any refund after completing the booking.
• Bookings that can be canceled up to 72 hours before check-in:
Customers may cancel the booking without losing the full amount, provided that the cancellation is made at least 72 hours (3 days) before the check-in date.
In this case, a 2.5% administrative fee will be deducted from the total paid amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
If the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the check-in date, the full amount will be deducted, and the customer will not be entitled to a refund or compensation.
• Cancellation Process:
Users must cancel their reservations by contacting customer service via WhatsApp.
Intellectual Property Rights
• Ownership:
All content displayed on the platform, including texts, images, and logos, is protected by intellectual property rights.
The use of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.
• Prohibited Use:
Copying, distributing, or modifying any content from the platform without permission is prohibited, protecting the intellectual property rights of the platform and its providers.
Limitation of Liability
• Liability:
The platform is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
This includes indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of profits or data.
• Disclaimer:
The platform is not responsible for any information or content provided by the providers and does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of this information.
Amendments to Terms
• Right to Amend:
The platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
• Acceptance of Amendments:
Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of these amendments.
